Ordering & Payment

How do I place an order?
Browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping and payment details to complete your purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure methods shown at checkout.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard SSL encryption. Your credit card details are never stored on our servers.


Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

  • Standard Shipping: 5–15 business days

  • Express options are available at checkout for faster delivery

How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can also check your order status in your account.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the U.S. For select products, international shipping may be available—please contact us for details.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging and resalable condition.

How do I return an item?
Contact our customer service team to request a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

How do I create an account?
Click “Sign Up” at the top of the page or create an account during checkout.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page, enter your email, and follow the reset instructions.

How do I update my account information?
Log into your account and go to Account Settings to update your details and preferences.


Product Information

How do I know if a product is in stock?
Stock availability is shown on each product page. For out-of-stock items, you can sign up for restock notifications.

Can I get more details about a product?
Each product page includes descriptions, specifications, and customer reviews. For further questions, contact customer support.
