How to Return

Contact Us – Email support@wishpstamp.com or call customer service to request a return.

Get Authorization – We’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare Your Package – Include the RMA number and your original receipt.

Ship the Item – Use the prepaid return label provided.
Refund Process

Once we receive your return, items will be inspected within 2–3 business days.

Approved refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
Exchanges

Exchanges are available for different sizes or colors (subject to stock availability).

The exchange process follows the same steps as returns.
Return Shipping

Damaged or Defective Items
