Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below for returns and exchanges.


Return Window

  • Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

  • Items must be in original condition, with all packaging, tags, and labels intact.


Eligible for Return

  • Unused items in original packaging

  • Items with original tags and labels

  • Products in resalable condition

Not Eligible for Return

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Perishable goods

  • Digital downloads

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”


How to Return

  1. Contact Us – Email support@wishpstamp.com or call customer service to request a return.

  2. Get Authorization – We’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  3. Prepare Your Package – Include the RMA number and your original receipt.

  4. Ship the Item – Use the prepaid return label provided.


Refund Process

  • Once we receive your return, items will be inspected within 2–3 business days.

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for different sizes or colors (subject to stock availability).

  • The exchange process follows the same steps as returns.


Return Shipping

  • Free return shipping applies to defective or incorrect items.

  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@wishpstamp.com with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
